Ken Seawell partners with Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS)
Seawell and the LLS are partnering together to help young adults succeed.


Troy, MICH. – Ken Seawell, Managing Partner of Sandler Training’s EAM Consulting Group, will be helping with the leadership development portion for Student of the Year candidates.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to help young adults learn to speak, act, and think with confidence as they start the next chapter of their life,” said Ken Seawell.


Seawell will be presenting to the LLS three times, and he will focus on the Sandler Success Triangle, which emphases that success is attributed to attitude, behavior, and technique.
“More than ever, young adults need structure and support to help them reach their full potential,” said Linda Kozianowski. “The Success Playbook supports students on critical issues during their high school and college years, including making good choices, selecting a college, and declaring a major.”

About Students of the Year Program
Students of the Year is a philanthropic leadership development program through which highly-motivated, high school leaders embark on a journey of professional growth, ensuring that they stand out when preparing for college and beyond.

During the program, students are taught and utilize professional skills such as entrepreneurship, marketing, and project management in order to raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

Student leaders fundraise for LLS in honor of children who are blood cancer survivors, our local Honored Heroes. The title Student(s) of the Year is awarded to the student or student group who raises the most funds during the 7-week competition. The winner will receive at $2,500 scholarship.
