Sales Executive and Trainer

What you need to have:
- Passionate about Sales, Customer Service and Leadership
- Passionate about personal development and ongoing learning

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously prospect for new business daily
- Learn the tools and the processes that have made Sandler Training successful
- Establish and achieve the metrics established in your “cookbook”
- Become a certified Sandler representative
- Track all sales data
- Become an expert in public presentations and sales training
- Other duties as assigned
- Extensive ongoing sales training and coaching

The outside salesperson/s will be held accountable to:
- Meet with your internal coach on a weekly basis
- Attend weekly training sessions as you learn the Sandler Selling System
- Meet monthly and yearly revenue and behavioral sales objectives
- Prospect through various methods to obtain leads/opportunities
- Qualify the opportunities and close new relationships
- Maintain (coach and train) those clients
- Work cooperatively in team environment
- Maintain opportunities, contacts, and manage your time in an activity tracking system

This position entails the following BEHAVIORS:
- Evaluate prospects' business and sales needs and suggesting appropriate service package
- Drive sales through effective prospect techniques
- Follow the Sandler Sales training process to close business
- Weekly networking and grow presence in South East Michigan
- Set goals and implement weekly prospecting behaviors
- Build strong pipeline within 6 months
- Close business in 6 months
- Deliver weekly sales training to groups in 6 months
- Coordinate and set up services for clients
- Learn the Sandler System
- Create strategic partnerships
